Paul has been on staff at FBCO since 2020. His undergraduate degree is in Kinesiology from Angelo State University and is currently pursuing his Master's degree in Pastoral Ministry from NOBTS. Paul is married to Leslie and they have four daughters, Rorie, Ryanne, Rheaganne, and Rhettliegh.
